Food and training diary:

Breakfast at 8.00

Banana Almond Pancakes (http://www.paleoplan.com/2011/06-01/banana-almond-pancakes/) These are purfect!!

50 g of raspberries

Lunch at 13.00 (at a restaurant)

Some chicken (it was breaded :/)
Rice
Salad

A snack at 17.00

60 g of nuts
20 g of goji berries
A banana

Workout at 18.00

60 min of running

Dinner at 20.00
