Breakfast at 8.00

Lunch at 12.00

Chicken breast
Some broccoli
Lots of salad with nuts and sieds

Workout at 14.00

40 min of running (no tiredness)

A snack at 15.00

60 g of nuts
20 g of coji berries

Dinner at 19.00 (at work)

Miched beef
Carrot
Salad

A snack at 01.30 (after work)

Piece of almond pancake
A rice cake
Some coji berries
