I thought that I was already doing quite well, but today during swimming training I seriously felt like I was moving in slow motion. I can't be exactly sure but I think that I swam a lot slower than usually and felt very tired all the time.
I think I will finally calculate my calorie intake tomorrow... And see if I need to eat more or what...

Counted to some point and quessing the rest.. your calories on today's menu are about 2600-3000. I could have done some inaccurate amounts on the calc but.. seems like there're enough calories. Maybe the dinner at 19 was just a bit too light (more fats before workout?). Maybe the daily carb intake should be more focused around the workout instead of eating em throughout the day? Dunno..
