Day 10: Swimming in a swamp?

I thought that I was already doing quite well, but today during swimming training I seriously felt like I was moving in slow motion. I can't be exactly sure but I think that I swam a lot slower than usually and felt very tired all the time.

I think I will finally calculate my calorie intake tomorrow... And see if I need to eat more or what...

Food and training diary:

Breakfast at 7.15

1 boiled egg
1 full meat wiener
3 slices of bacon
Some salad
Almond pancake
A banana

A snack at 11.30

200 g of blueberries and raspberries
165 ml coconut milk
60 g of nuts
An apple

Lunch at 14.30

About 200 g of miched beef
Fried caddor and onion slices
Some salad
20 g goji berries

Dinner at 19.00

About 200 g of salmon
Some cauliflower
Some salad
A banana

Workout at 20.15

60 min of swimming

After workout

A recovery drink

  1. Counted to some point and quessing the rest.. your calories on today's menu are about 2600-3000. I could have done some inaccurate amounts on the calc but.. seems like there're enough calories. Maybe the dinner at 19 was just a bit too light (more fats before workout?). Maybe the daily carb intake should be more focused around the workout instead of eating em throughout the day? Dunno..
