Today I visited a shop called Ruohonjuuri in the centre of Helsinki. I ended up bying a raw cocoa package, which includes all ingredients I need to make my own raw chocolate! You might not know but chocolate is allowed in paleo! ;) I also bought some almond butter, raw honey and coat milk. Furthermore I have been hunting down some paleo resepies and I can't wait to try those!
I also trained today and I felt really good and energetic all the time. Changing to summer time has done some harm to my sleeping rythem but I hope it will get better soon...

3 full meat wieners
200 g of blueberries and raspberries

150 g of salmon (I tryed to eat 200 g, but it was too salty...)
Some lettuce, spinach, rucola, tomato and cucumber
About 300 ml of coat milk

A snack at 16.30
Almond pancakes ( I added some cocoa butter to the resept. So good with some banana!)
A banana
60 g of different nuts

Workout at 17.30
60 min of spinning
45 min muscle training
Dinner at 19.45
About 200 g of miched beef
Some sweet potato
Some salad
20 g of goji berries
