After this first week, I have to say that I haven't experienced any revolutionary change in myself yet. I have been positively surprised though, how easy paleo diet actually is to follow. I also have to admit that I haven't felt that after meal tiredness at all, and before I used to have it always after lunch especially. At first I suffered some kind of lack of energy during workouts, but it seemed to get better at the end of the week. I haven't trained as much as I usually do, so it will be interesting, how I will be doing if I train more.
