Today I have been feeling very hungry almost all the time for some reason and that's why I ended up eating quite many fruits. I think I need to try to eat bigger portions of meat during the meals. It just still makes me feel slightly disgusted because I haven't gotten used to eat that much at one time. But otherwise I'm doing well. :)
Furthermore I would like to recommend these Paleo Helsinki Podcasts for all who are interested in paleo diet http://www.helsinkipaleo.com/2013/03/helsinki-paleon-podcast-jakso-16/
After listening those, I have learned for example that hypothyroidism patients sometimes have to follow paleo for 6 moths before they can see any changes! And that they shouldn't eat any paprikas, chilis, habaneros or tomatos etc. I haven't quite decided yet, what I'm going to do with this information... I really don't feel like limiting my diet even more now that I have actually just started to enjoy this. And when I say, that I enjoy paleo, I really mean it! :D I love especially the breakfasts and the fact that I don't eat almost any processed foods. It feels good. :) At times I do feel kind of sad though that I can't eat a fresh bread or drink milk, but it usually stops quickly.

The thing that still interests me is that what is your daily calorie intake. Is your diet on minus calories all the time or.. In other words, I have an intuitive hunch that u maybe eat way too little compared to burn. Dunno without hard data.. :D
